ATI Systems reduced its rental rate by more than 15% in the transaction, according to Vilgiate, and in return the building owner obtained a longer term commitment from the tenant. ATI occupies a building where other corporate neighbors in the East Pasadenasubmarket include IndyMac Bank, Tetra Tech Inc., Earthlink and Danon Waters.
ATI Systems provides security, armored transport and cash-handling services through multiple subsidiaries, including Anderson Armored Car, Armored Transport of Texas, Armored Transport Northwest and Armored Car Co.
