The Southfield branch of the Grubb & Ellis Co., has sold 176,730 sf of industrial space in Canton, MI, to T. Alterman and Associates.The Canton property, owned by Towing Products Inc., was chosen because itis situated on 32 acres of land, which offers the buyer ample room forexpansion, said G&E officials.
Grubb & Ellis team members John Arthurs, vice president of the Industrial Group and Randall Allman, also of the Industrial Group, represented the buyer in this transaction.
