Local Landmark Sold to Leona's Restaurant Chain

Leona's, which currently owns 16 restaurants in Chicago and suburbs, is remodeling the 16,000-sf restaurant and banquet facility, which is situated on a two-acre site. The sale price was undisclosed but the asking rate was $850,000. The purchase is in conjunction with Leona's continuing expansion in the Chicagoland area.
