In Anaheim, Tiarna has been awarded the management assignment for Stadium Gateway, a six-story, 274,300-sf office building. Tiarna, which provides both property management and brokerage on a number of its assignments, will be co-listing the leasing duties with Cushman & Wakefield on Stadium Gateway.
In Escondido, Tiarna now manages the 70,000-sf Escondido Town and Country retail center at 1625-1665 East Valley Parkway. In Santa Monica, the company manages the 100,000-sf Commerce Park multi-tenant office park at 1811-1855 Centinela Ave. In San Francisco, Tiarna has been awarded the management assignment for a 61,000-sf office building at 680 2nd St.
Tiarna is a Gaelic word meaning landlord and the company focuses entirely on landlord representation. It was formed in April 2000 by Tom McAndrews, president, and partners to specialize in property management, brokerage and consulting throughout the Western US.
