The graphics firm is expanding into the space at 3800 Vanowen from elsewhere in Burbank and should be moved in by June 1, according to the CB Richard Ellis team of Dave Harding, Greg Geraci and Matt Dierckman in the brokerage firm's Glendale office. The CBRE brokers represented the building owner, SMC Properties of Glendale, while the tenant was represented by Brett Warner of Lee & Associates in Sherman Oaks.

The 3800 Vanowen property is a 116,000-sf class A industrial building with dock-high doors and 24-foot clearances that was built in 1995. It is a two-story structure of concrete tilt-up construction. With the signing of the LA Graphico lease, 42,000 sf remains open in the building. LA Graphico is a 23-year-old firm that provides a range of printing and graphics services.
