VP Matt Rogatz represented both parties, including Brighton Trading Inc., wholesale grocery firm that needed high ceilings and a location near the Stevenson Expressway. SVP Albert Schulman represented Nickel Composite Coating, which wanted a location near its current operations in Chicago at 4700 S. Central Ave. Peter Crawford of Crawford Commercial Properties represented the seller of the Bedford Park building.
