The 43,000-sf center at 7897-7907 W. 159th St. in Tinley Park is 100% leased, with the independent Threshold Music store being the largest tenant. Gem Partners LLC is the center's new owner.
Radio Shack and Subway are among the four tenants at Midlothian Retail Center at 14401-11 S. Cicero Ave., which now belongs to Joan and Al Leb of Skokie.
Both deals involved brokers from Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc.
SVP Charles Hold and senior sales associate Scott Schiave represented the Lockport-based private investor in the sale of Threshold Center, co-brokering the sale with Jim Tammaro of Remax Team 2000 Commercial of Orland Park. Hold and Schiave also brokered the Midlothian sale.
