Chris Jackson and Todd Lorber, both in Grubb & Ellis' North Los Angeles office, say Nukote is slated to occupy the facility in May in a relocation from elsewhere in Chatsworth. Jackson and Lorber represented the tenant and the building owner, NS Properties LLC of Beverly Hills. Jackson says Nukote was in 46,000 sf of leased space in its former location.
The new Nukote facility was built in 1968. It is a freestanding, single-story, concrete tilt-up building. The space will be used for manufacturing and distribution of Nukote's extensive line of supplies, which include laser printer and ink jet cartridges and accessories, copier toners and developers, fax refill ribbons and cartridges for printers, faxes, typewriters and other office equipment.
