- Belle Maison East, a 280-unit affordable multi-housing unit at 8330 EastJefferson Avenue in Detroit from Belle Maison East LDHA.
- Oakland Park Towers I, a 297-unit affordable multi-housing community at920 John R Road in Troy, MI from Oakland Park Towers LDHA.
The Slavik Co. was the managing partner with the LDHA groups in bothtransactions.
The transaction amount of both properties was not released.
