The 82,000-sf property contains 444 storage units, and includes storage for 77 RV and boat storage units. There also are five canopied areas that provide storage for an additional 189 RVs or boats. The 11-building complex was built in two phases in 1993 and 2000.
"Buchanan Street Partners is actively looking to invest in the Denver market this year as we expand our investment reach outside the West Coast," Randall R. Hall, director of marketing for the company, tells GlobeSt.com.
