In the larger of the signings, the Bank of America has re-upped for its existing space and taken an additional 10,500 sf, bringing its total presence in the building to just under 57,300 sf. John D. Ryan III and Cheryl L. Swiathowski of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Stephen Schofel of Newmark & Co. Real Estate and Marion Geddes of Ivy Equities spoke for Ivy.
In the smaller signing, Shinwa (USA) Inc. renewed its lease for just over 2,500 sf. James Yamauchi of Cushman & Wakefield of East Rutherford, NJ represented the tenant, while Schofel and Geddes once again represented Ivy.
Ivy Equities currently owns and manages a portfolio of more than three million sf of commercial property in New Jersey, New York's Westchester County and in Connecticut.
