According to Binswanger/CBB officials, the building includes both 14,450 sf of office space and a 16,000-sf climate-controlled clean room, as well as 26 dock-high doors. The owner is in the process of making extensive improvements to both the building and the site.
The building itself, which is located just off I-295, is divisible into units of 16,000 sf and up, according to Binswanger/CBB. At the same time, up to 40 acres of excess land can be subdivided and developed separately.
