As far as the new tenants, Dewberry Goodkind, an architectural, design and project management firm, has taken 25,000-sf on a long-term basis at 200 Broadacres Dr. with Central Park Corporate Campus. The Fairfax, VA-based company, which was represented by Jacqueline Rowe of Cushman & Wakefield, will use the location as a regional headquarters.
Also, Medical Resources has similarly taken 25,000 sf. Represented by Frank Lopriore and Jeff Babikian of Insignia/ESG, the healthcare management company will move its headquarters to 1455 Broad St. from its existing location in Hackensack, NJ.
The two lease renewals include Crown Travel Service, which re-upped for 16,000 sf and was represented by Ken Flynn of Madison Partners, who is now with Trammell Crow; and World Finer Food, which was represented by Michael Herman of MRH Real Estate Services in its 9,000-sf renewal. Steve Frank and Jim Hersh of CB Richard Ellis are the exclusive brokers for Central Park Corporate Campus.
