James Carney, a 20-year veteran of commercial lending, comes fromWilmington, DE-based Wilmington Savings Fund Society's WSFS Bank where he wasresponsible for financing commercial real estate projects. He also served as deputystate banking commissioner under Delaware Gov. Thomas Carper.
