Michael Walsh and Melinda Walsh of the Ventura County office of Daum report that the Teitelbaum partnership, Oxnard Maritime Ltd., plans to break ground this summer on two multi-tenant buildings of 25,905 sf and 17,576 sf at the development site, which fronts Oxnard Boulevard at its intersection with Jones Way. The Walshes are the listing agents for the $3.5-million development, which will be marketed for sale or lease.
Michael Walsh says the new buildings will be suitable for light manufacturing or forwarehousing and distribution operations and are designed to be divisible in half. Features will include concrete tilt-up construction, dock-high and ground-level loading and 20-foot interior warehouse clearance.
