The start-up venture inked a deal for 10 years on the fifth floor of 711 Fifth Ave. Totaling 300,000 sf, the 18-story tower is owned by the Coca-Cola company. Cushman & Wakefield's David Dusek and Alex Chudnoff represented Zinc in the negotiations. Coca-Cola was repped by Howard Rosen of and John Canon of Grubb & Ellis.
Built in 1927, the building is set on the corner of Fifth Ave. and 55th St. It's home to numerous prestigious tenants including Loews Entertainment and National Geographic Magazine. It also houses a Disney Store location.
