The LLC, which is owned and managed by Gary Beyler, acquired Rio Vista Plaza last year for $12.9 million from The Shidler Group. Encompassing 78,167-sf, the building is fully occupied. State Farm occupies a large portion of the facility, having inked a $5.8-million lease extension and expansion for 42,834 sf here in March.

The recent loan was arranged for Silver Creek LLC by Gary Goss of Burnham Capital Markets Group through Wachovia Securities.

Rio Vista Plaza, which is located at 8989 Rio San Diego Dr., is actually one of two buildings that comprise Mission Valley's Rio Vista office complex. The other facility, Rio Vista Building, was picked up for $17 million by ScanlanKemperBard Cos. just last month. It was sold by AGBRI Rio Vista I LLC, an entity of The Shidler Group.
