The company is an automotive design andbuild supplier of innovative products and engineering services to theautomotive industry.
Also, Signature has completed the sale of the 4,150-sf building located at 26321 Woodward in Huntington Woods, MI.Grant Bruce and John Tyler of Signature represented the seller, Uznis Development, and the purchaser, Hennessy Enterprises for their newregional headquarters. The building sold for a price of $620,000, $149.18 per sf.
