Ravini will use the space for the wholesale distribution of granite and marble imported from Turkey. It will be located at 2799 SW 32 Ave. in Seneca Industrial Park, which is about 98% occupied.
"When I leased the space to them, they had the director of commerce for Turkey with them," Harry Tangalakis, a broker involved in the deal, tells GlobeSt.com.
Tangalakis, senior vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the property owner, Bristol Industrial One LLC, a Delaware corporation, in the transaction. Leon Rosenblatt of Rosenblatt International Realty in Miami represented Ravini USA, a Florida corporation.
Tangalakis says he also is working with another marble manufacturer from Turkey.
