Vintique Inc. is slated to occupy the building in July, says Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis in Anaheim, who represented the buyer. Williams was also part of a Grubb & Ellis team including Jeff Read and Greg Osborne of the Anaheim office who represented the seller.
Vintique will use the newly acquired space for manufacturing and warehousing, according to Williams, as well as to house the corporate headquarters. The company will be relocating from existing facilities in the City of Orange. It will be consolidating operations currently housed in three buildings at its old location, where it has been for 10 years. The new Vintique headquarters is a freestanding, single-story, concrete tilt-up building that was completed in 1978.
