Meanwhile, Columbus, OH-based Cameron Mitchell Restaurants LLC will open a 7,500-sf Mitchell's Fish Market at The Glen Town Center.
Borders Books and Music has withdrawn from a number of projects nationwide, according to OliverMcMillan LLC, owner and developer of the lifestyle center.
"I've visited hundreds of retail centers nationwide and The Glen Town Center is one of the most-exciting new retail development projects that I've seen in years," says National Book Warehouse Inc. president David Hinkle.
Other anchor tenants already committed to The Glen Town Center are Von Maur, Galyan's, Market Foods and Espresso café and Crown Theatres.
OliverMcMillan LLC CEO Dene Oliver also is enthused about Mitchell's Fish Market. "It will rival the best seafood restaurants in the entire Chicago area," he says.
