The brick-and-stucco shopping center at 742 N. Sheridan Rd., across from the entrance to a redeveloped Fort Sheridan US Army base, has been acquired by Dae Kim and Andrew Kang of Northbrook, who intend to set up a shop themselves at their new property formerly owned by S & L Property Management Co.
Susan Valle of Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. represented S & L Property Management Co. while Dan Choi of CHA Realty handled negotiations for the buyers.
Tom Vincent of Sperry Van Ness is representing the seller of Bay Ridge Court, which is being offered at a 9.71% capitalization rate.
