Computer Wholesalers Inc., a supplier of refurbished computers and computer parts based in Hackettstown, NJ, and Mid-South Metal Products Inc. a pre-fab steel canopy maker with its headquarters in Collierville, TN, have made the Guadalupe Commerce Center their first Arizona locations with the leases. Computer Wholesalers will occupy 9,808 sf at the 6965 S. Priest Dr. project under a three-year lease while Mid-South Metal Products will take 35,587 sf for 10 years to occupy one of the center's two buildings.

A third firm, Shunda Furniture Corp., a seller and distributor of patio furniture that was formerly located in Chandler, signed for 8,582 sf at the Guadalupe property. The terms of that deal were unavailable.

Michael Goldwater, with Phoenix-based Ross Brown Partners, tells GlobeSt.com that the property is leasing quickly because it offers office and distribution space for smaller users, a difficult commodity to find in the Valley. "The functionality of the building is really quite nice," said Goldwater, who along with Ross Brown Partners' Jim Stockwell, brokered the leases for the Arizona building owner, MS Guadalupe LLC.

Doug Davies, with Phoenix's Commercial Properties Inc., represented Computer Wholesalers Inc. John Pompay of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office was the tenant representative for Shunda Furniture while Carol Vernon, with Excel Investments Inc. of California brokered the terms for Mid-South Metal Products.
