Toyota Lift, owned by Carruth Doggett, has occupied the Wallisville Road site for 10 years, Bill Ginder with the Houston office of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group tells GlobeSt.com. The warehouses are owned by MSDW Office Partners LP, a subsidiary of New York City-based Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Ginder was the tenant's representative and the only broker on the deal.
On the North Side, Drill Motor Services Inc., headquartered in Broussard, LA, leased a newly constructed 16,800-sf warehouse at 14001 Interdrive West. The firm specializes in renting drilling motors to the oil and gas industry.
John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners Commercial's Houston office represented the building owner, JSRW. Mark Nicholas with the Houston office of the Staubach Co. represented Drill Motor Services Inc.
