Tom Abel of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Anaheim tells GlobeSt.com that the environmental engineering firm paid $957,480 for the building, or $180 per sf, and will relocate to the Mill Creek Drive address from its former office building in Orange. Abel, who represented the buyer, says A-Mehr closed on the deal in early May and will be moving into the newly acquired building at the end of the month. The firm is moving from a 1,400-sf office building in Orange that it sold recently, using the proceeds in a 1031 Exchange to buy the new location.

A-Mehr's new facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up office building in the Lake Forest Corporate Park, a 19-building office park. The private investor who sold the property was represented by John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage in Irvine.
