Located on the corner of Pennsylvania Ave. and 17th St, Bruder Gentile's new home sits adjacent to The White House and the Old Executive Office Building. With the law firm's recent commitment, the 12-story tower, which was built in 1963 and completely renovated in 1990, is now leased to 97% capacity.

"Bruder Gentile represents the type of tenant that makes Washington, DC the strongest office market in the nation, and the reason why Grosvenor plans to expand its presence in this market over the months and years ahead," says company senior VP Andrew Galbraith.
