ATLANTA-In the county's largest single residential sale ever, owner-developer J.T. Williams and his three sons sold the one-year-old, 348-unit St. Ives complex to Conner and Murphy Properties of Ohio for an average of $68,966 per unit.
Conner and Murphy Properties of Ohio paid St. Ives Development LLC $24 million or $68,966 per unit for the property which adjoins Eagle's Landing about 35 miles south of Downtown Atlanta. St. Ives and Eagles were developed by J.T. Williams and his sons Joe, David and Bert.
