Leu is a former marketing representative with Heritage Commercial Group, a subsidiary of Furlong, PA-based Heritage Building Group. Prior to his post with Heritage, he was a VP at the Bala Cynwyd, PA office of Dallas-based Staubach Co. where he was responsible for generating new business leads, securing clients and negotiating lease transactions.
Among the Mack-Cali properties he's responsible for are Westlakes; the Triad Building at Renaissance Corporate Park in King of Prussia, PA, and 1000 Madison Ave. in Norristown, PA. Mack-Cali owns 16 office properties encompassing about 1.8 million sf in suburban Philadelphia.
It also owns 32 office and office/flex buildings with a total of 1.6 million sf in southern NJ. In all, the company owns or has interests in 263 properties, totaling about 28.9 million sf, throughout the Northeast.
