The 8,525-sf private preschool will open in July. Donald Braun, president of Hall Financial Group, said in a prepared statement that the facility clearly is aimed at providing an amenity for the park. The extra perk gives developer Craig Hall, who was at one time faulted by the Texas brokerage community for building so far north, added leverage among the competing developers who have since followed his lead to the far north submarket. Last year, he cornered a YMCA for the office park, where tenant amenities already were stacked with concierge services, massage therapy sessions, discounted movie and event tickets, laundry and dry cleaning and vehicle washing.
Nimbres Development, the project's developer, bought the one-acre site at 6850 Gaylord Parkway from Hall Financial Group, which had its executive vice president Larry Levey negotiate the land sale. The Westchester, PA-based Noble Learning Communities Inc. is the operator of the facility, designed by the Children's Design Group of Montgomery, AL. Fort Worth-based Muckleroy & Falls is the general contractor.
Jamie Kominos is the executive director of the Cross Creek Schools of Texas. The year-round private school, with operations in Plano and Flower Mound, is designed for up to 144 children, ranging from six weeks to six years old.
