A state incentive package, including an employment tax credit valued at about $1.9 million over 10 years, helped convince Inalfa to expand its assembly operations in Michigan rather than Oklahoma.

"We are excited about the growth of our company and pleased to have had the cooperation of the Flint-Genesee Economic Growth Alliance and the state of Michigan to make this investment in our new facility possible," said Doug Rizzi, VP of operations for Inalfa.

Inalfa Roof Systems designs and assembles roof systems for original equipment automotive markets worldwide. Inalfa, a subsidiary of a Dutch company, Inalfa Roof Systems Group BV, currently has 331 employees at its Auburn Hills facility.
