Promat will pay a rental of £194,250 ($315,000) per annum based on £8.50 ($13.75) per sf after an initial six- month rent free period. A penalty of £50,000 ($80,000) is payable if the tenant break option is exercised.

Promat manufactures and distributes fire protection equipment. The company joins Royal Mail, the Met Office and Cable & Wireless on the estate, which is now fully let.
