Bob Hoyer of Van Nuys-based Delphi reports that North American Foam and Paper purchased the property, which is on just under an acre, from principals of Independent Studio Services (ISS). Hoyer, who represented North American Foam and Paper, says the company has already occupied the building and employs approximately 25 workers at the site.

David Hoffberg and Jerry Scullin, also of Delphi Business Properties in Van Nuys, represented the sellers, who recently expanded to a 105,257-sf facility in Sunland. The Sunland site consolidated ISS operations from the 11835 Wicks St. facility and three other buildings in Sun Valley, all of which Hoffberg and Scullin are also marketing.

The new headquarters for North American Foam and Paper is a freestanding, fully air-conditioned brick structure with ample on-site parking. The company produces such items as foam and paper coverings for hangers and custom forms for the dry cleaning industry.
