Jeff Turek in Klabin's Torrance office reports that Casa Leaders got a warehouse occupying 1.8 acres at 1540 228th St. It is planning to move by the end of May.
Turek and Todd Taugner, with Klabin's Torrance office, represented Casa Leaders. David Prior, also in the firm's Torrance office, along with Taugner, represented the seller, Watt Kuhn 288th St. LLC of Torrance.
The distribution center for Casa Leaders, which is based in Los Angeles, is a freestanding, concrete tilt-up structure featuring dock-high and ground-level loading, 24-foot minimum interior clearance, 1,000 sf of office space and 75 parking spots.
