The two-phase project, which will rise on 3.8 acres at the northwest corner of 71st Street and Tierra Buena in Scottsdale, will be Kierland's first high-rise condominium project.Phase I of the development, estimated to be completed by September 2004, will be comprised of 50 luxury condominium units ranging from 960 sf to 3,800 sf, with prices from $300,000 to approximately $2 million. Twenty five of the Phase I units, being developed by Butte Landmark LLC and built by the Weitz Co., have already been sold. A second phase to the project, encompassing 51 units, will follow.

Designed by CCBG Architects of Phoenix, the condominiums feature 14 floor plans with granite slab countertops, large balconies, artwork wall lighting, upgraded appliances, controlled-access security systems and unobstructed views of the golf course and mountains. Amenities at the project will include a full-time concierge, climate-controlled wine cellar, fitness pavilion, clubhouse, business center, steam room, pool and spa.
