Terms of the deal were undisclosed, but asking rents in the building hover around the $50 range. The 21-story property, located in Midtown between 51st and 52nd streets, is owned, leased and managed by Equity Office Properties Trust. Brett Greenberg, managing director of leasing for Equity Office's New York region, along with Joseph Artusa, the company's leasing representative, handled the deal for the owner.
