Chilton and White will serve as senior vice presidents while Jantz and Isacken were named senior associates. Galdiano will serve as the team's administrative assistant. They are specialists in office leasing and sales in central and northeast office submarkets, including downtown and midtown, the Camelback Corridor and the Airport, Squaw Peak and Scottsdale submarkets.
Chilton, a specialist in building owner and tenant representation, has more than 19 years experience in the Valley's real estate market and numbers among his clients some of the nations top real estate investment firms.
White, with more than 18 years experience, is a specialist in the leasing and sale of office properties. While with Insignia/ESG, he was the top producing overall broker and top producing office broker in 2000 and 2001, and Top 10 overall producer in 2002.
Jantz has five years of experience in office property sales and leasing and recently completed transactions for the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, American Diabetes Association, Moore Business Forms, Peak Technologies and Fervor Creative.
Prior to working for Insignia/ESG, Isacksen, with more than three years' experience in tenant representation, previously worked for Russ Lyon Realty where he handled land acquisitions.
