The funding was arranged by the Indianapolis office of Holliday Fenogli.

Wood arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate financing on behalf of Woodlake OfficeAssociates VI, LLC with American Equity Investment Life, a life companylender.

The transaction was co-brokered with Andrew Bratt from PACE Financial inColumbus, OH. Woodlake Office Associates VI, LLC is a Michigan limitedliability company, whose sponsors own and manage numerous office propertiesin the greater Lansing area.

Woodlands Office Park is located at 2501, 2525 and 2549 Jolly Road (thesouthwest corner of Okemos Road and Jolly Road). The buildings are visiblealong Jolly Road and accessible via Woods Edge Drive. All three of thesingle-story buildings, situated on over four acres, are 100% leasedand occupied to a range of business and medical professionals. The propertywas completed in 2001.

"Due to the growth of the Okemos area, this corridor has become one ofgreater Lansing's most popular office locations," said Wood.
