NEW YORK CITY-Bank of America and developer Douglas Durst, might shortly be inking a deal to build a $1 billion structure in midtown Manhattan, according to published reports.
A Bank of America spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that the company would neither confirm nor deny the report adding that the company was "exploring several options."
