Bruce Etkin, David Johnson Honored

Bruce Etkin, who founded Etkin Equities in 1982, has guided the development and acquisition of more than 7.5 million sf of office, industrial and retail space in Colorado.The company's current portfolio in the metro area includes more than 4.1 million sf. Holdings include 600,000 sf at Church Ranch; the 222,597-sf GM Delphi Tech Center; the 420,000-sf Timberland Office Park; a 1.1 million sf General Motors Truck Products Center; and an industrial portfolio of 1.76 million sf.

David Johnson has developed more than 1.5 million sf of commercial real estate and has managed more than 4 million sf of income producing real estate in 1999.He merged his company, The David Johnson Group Inc., a commercial asset management firm, in 1999 with Etkin Equities. He founded the David Johnson Group in 1987.
