The seller was Gary L. andConnie L. Chalfant of Michigan Center, MI. The Buyer was 3 P's Land Company LLC of Sterling Heights, MI. The transaction was negotiated by Jeff Blanton of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners.
In the retail deals, Insite officials brought a Nail Garden store to the 23,000-sf West Tel Plaza in Brownstown, MI. Boatin and Gerdom completed this transaction as well, on behalf of the landlord, West Tel LLC.The center is expanding by 12,000-sf, and bringing in other retail stores, saidofficials.
Also, Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide arranged a lease on behalf of America's Tax Service at 10508 Jefferson in River Rouge. Brad Boatin and Tjader Gerdom of Insite handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord. America's Tax Service is part of a national franchise company named LibertyTax Service. This is its second location in the Downriver area.
