Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, CompUSA, OfficeMax, PetsMart, Ulta and Michaels co-anchor the property, the site of a former AT&T warehouse that was redeveloped about a decade ago.

The deal is for the easternmost portion of the property, which includes 44 acres. Another 275,000 sf of retail space at the western end of the property, near Central Avenue, is under different ownership.
