The four-story, 89,466 sf building is owned by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and is located next to the South Shore Plaza, between Braintree Five Corners and the junction of Routes 128, 93 and 3. The building is now at a 92% occupancy level in a market that had a 22% overall vacancy as of early April.

The leases include a 7,999 sf renewal/expansion by MGIC which was represented by Nat Kessler of CB Richard Ellis Whittier Partners and a 6,292 sf extension by Spaulding Rehabilitation, which was represented by McCall & Almy's James Canfield. South Shore Dental, represented by Richard McKinnon of the Grossman Cos., extended its 5,123 sf lease and Vedior North America, represented by Roger Breslin of Meredith & Grew ONCOR International, extended its lease of 1,959 sf.

New leases include Reliable Mortgage's 3,440 sf deal; Town & Country Credit Corp.'s 2,305 sf transaction; and Kelly & Haley's 1,450 sf lease. Reliable Mortgage was represented by Ronald Friedman of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Town & Country by Kessler of CB Richard Ellis Whittier Partners and Plunkett of C&W procured Kelly & Haley.

Cushman & Wakefield senior director J.P. Plunkett negotiated the leases on behalf of Sun Life. Lisa Johnson of the Grossman Cos. manages the building.
