Mark Kegans of the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis reports that Denco has already occupied its portion of the one-story, concrete tilt-up building, which is located at 14040 Central Ave. It is a new location for the firm and will serve as a regional office.

Kegans and Ron Washle, also of the Grubb & Ellis Ontario office, are listing agents for the five-building Hayward Industrial Park. They represented the building owner, Chino Gateway LLC of Thousand Oaks. Jacquie Smith and George Schumacher of Penta Pacific Properties in Santa Fe Springs bargained the tenant's terms.

With the signing of Denco, the 266,000-sf Hayward Industrial Park is now 95% leased, according to Kegans. He tells GlobeSt.com that about 9,900 sf remains available at the development. The 54,000-sf building occupied by Denco is 100% occupied.
