Bo Mills, with the Phoenix office for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com that the $220,000 lease brought occupancy levels at the 401 N. 37th Dr. multi-tenant property in Phoenix up to 88%. The Illinois-based tenant will occupy space vacated about a year ago by WPX, a distribution firm, Mills said.
"They liked it because of its proximity to the freeway and the functionality of the space," Mills explained. "It was a good value compared with competing buildings on the market."Exclusively Expo will share the building with three other tenants.
Mills, along with Mark Detmer, also with Trammell Crow, represented the building owner in the transaction. Jeff Conrad with Lee & Associates Arizona handled the negotiations for Exclusively Expo.
