Last December, TGS paid about $96 million to Baltimore-based Prime Real Estate for the Castle Rock property as well as another outlet shopping center in Loveland, CO. Mary Sullivan of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal.
TGS is changing the signs to make the public aware of the new ownership.
"We will seize this unique opportunity to re-brand our center and are confident that this effort will, over time, bring benefits to the more than 4.1 million customers who shop our centers each years," says John R. Dickey, general manager of the Outlets at Castle Rock.
The Outlets at Castle Rock is located on Interstate 25 about 20 miles south of Denver and 40 miles north of Colorado Springs.
