The commercial brokers in the new division include: Steve Roszell, Tobin Newman, Paul Gazdik, John Frederics, Gary and Frank Molinaro, Ed Deeds, Peg Ingram, BJ Hartzell, Wallace Thomas, Todd Towles, Ann Anderson, Andy Cervantes. Nadine Richards is also part of the team and will specialize in property management.
Mike Colohan says the brokers are experienced in the "full spectrum of commercial real estate sales, investment, retail, office, industrial, mobile home parks and vacant land. In addition, they offer full service leasing and development as well as investment opportunities."
He says the commercial brokers will work closely with the residential agents.
