Rob Fuelling, marketing director for Downtown LA-based Investment Development Services Inc., says Marshall & Swift subleased 22,251 sf at the 22-story tower, where it already occupies 16,000 sf on the 16th floor of the 376,000-sf tower. The building is approximately 75% occupied. Fuelling represented Marshall & Swift in its expansion, with Craig Cahow in the LA office for Dallas-based Staubach Co. representing URS Corp., the sublandlord. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
