MLK was represented by Steve Economos and George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial in Newport Beach. Touchstone was represented by Kathleen Howard and Jill Howard, also of NAI Capital Commercial in Newport Beach.
The property is MLK Realty's first purchase in Southern California, according to Steve Economos, who tells GlobeSt.com that the two buildings are part of a three-building project. The Glendora Court buildings sit on about 2.7 acres and are two-story, concrete tilt-up designs. Steve Economos says the third building, separately deeded, was split away from the office building cluster last year part to facilitate the sale of the two buildings that MLK bought.
