The properties are single-story, garden-style office buildings that the partnership acquired in September 2000 as part of the 24-building, 400,000-sf office and retail park. The three buildings that sold totaled 28,000 sf and went to local investors and owner-users at prices of $156 per sf to $168 per sf, Praedium says. Rob Socci and Louis Tomaselli in the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage brokered the deals.

Chris Hughes, a principal at 64-year-old Praedium Group, says the Brookhollow campus buildings, located at the Dyer Road exit of the Costa Mesa Freeway with freeway visibility, were built between 1975 and 1984. The development features an interior roadway, plentiful parking, on-site cafe, a common conference center, and open landscaped areas with numerous water features.
