The 71-acre business park, which is located at Interchange 4 of I-295 in South Jersey, currently has one 120,000-sf building that is fully occupied by Conectiv, a utility company. Construction was recently completed on a second, 80,000-sf class A office building that is currently available for lease. The park also has four additional parcels available for development.
The Delaware River and Bay Authority is a bi-state agency that operates the crossings between New Jersey and Delaware, including the Delaware Memorial Bridge and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, among others. It also owns and operates several general aviation airports throughout Delaware and in the four southernmost counties of New Jersey, as well as economic development projects like the Salem County Business Center.
